SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY

We deliver to all postal addresses within India. Our customers are requested to kindly provide the detailed address along with the pin code or the zip code of the location. Usually the products are delivered within 4-6 days at any pincode within India. Sometimes the delivery may also be postponed due to unavoidable circumstances and the same shall be intimated to the Customer. We also sometimes postpone the delivery date if the customer informs that he or she will not be present at the location on that day.

DELIVERY CHARGES

The delivery cost is free on prepaid order, however we charge Rs 100 extra as delivery charge on Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders because we have pay extra for COD Orders to our Courier Partners.

SHIPMENT AND TRACKING DETAILS
  • An email regarding the shipment of the order will be sent to you after you have placed the order. The email contains the tracking details including the tracking number and the link. You can also enquire about your order details through us over Call or Whatsapp.
REQUEST FOR CHANGING DELIVERY ADDRESS
  • Once you have placed the order, the address can be changed only until the order has not been dispatched. Once the order has been dispatched, the delivery address cannot be changed in any circumstance.
INCOMPLETE OR INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS
  • Please make a note that the delivery address is absolutely correct. In case of any incorrect details, the product will not be able to reach you. We will not be responsible for delay in such cases. In case of reshipping the same order, customers may have to bear the extra shipping charge.
RETURN POLICY

We provide 7 days Return/ Exchange policy. We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. If product shipped to you has any kind of defect or you are not satisfied with the product you can return/exchange it with us in the given time period.

In case any defective or damaged product has been delivered to you, we will replace that product with a new piece at our cost.

In case you do not like the product or you want to change it, you can exchange the same with other products uploaded on our website and the cost for transit shall be borne by you.

In case of Replacement or Exchange, we will dispatch the product after we have received the product from you.
